FRONT/CENTER/SURROUND BALANCE
Using a pre-recorded 5.1 channel voice/test signal provided with a 5.1 channel card,
advance the Control Tower Main Volume knob to the indication "50" to initiate level
balancing. Adjust the Center and Surround level until the voice appears equally loud in
the front, center and rear channels.

SUBWOOFER LEVEL
For CD or DVD output, the optimal sub level is referenced at the factory to the "0"
level position, and stipulated by THX® Labs as neutral. Optimal sub levels and user
preference may vary from movies, music and games. Often a high bass level is
preferred, especially at low listening levels. Remember to reset the control settings
before playing CDs or films on DVD.
