Fault Diagnosis

Customer Fault Diagnosis

The troubleshooting information below gives details on what you can do as a user if you
encounter problems with the shower. If this information does not fix the problem,
contact the installer for advice.

Read the

Important Safety Information

section first and refer to the appliance

diagram.

WARNING!

There are no user-serviceable components beneath the cover of the

appliance. Only a competent tradesperson should remove the cover.

Shower is too hot.

Turning the
temperature knob
does not affect the
water temperature.

The water continues
to flow when the
double pole switch

is turned off.

The incoming water is
warmer in the summer,
so the shower power
setting is too high.

The handset sprayplate
is blocked.

The handset sprayplate
is blocked.

Broken diaphragm.

Turn the power knob to

Medium

and adjust the

temperature knob until the
desired temperature is
reached.

Regularly clean the handset
sprayplate. Refer to the

Maintenance

section of the

handset manual.

Remove and clean the
handset sprayplate. Refer to
the

Maintenance

section of

the handset manual. If the
fault persists, contact the
shower installer.

Contact your installer to
replace the flow valve
assembly.
