CONNECTING UP THE VIDEO/PVR
For details of how to connect an external recorder to the PVR, refer to the connection diagram in the
“Connection and Setup” section in this manual, and to the instructions for the external recorder.
In order to make a VCR recording (Record), the cable receiver must be switched on, or the timers must
be pre-programmed (see “EPG” “Recording (timer)” section).
RECORDING
Connecting a video recorder/PVR to the TV Scart socket allows you only to
record. It does not allow you to play back on the TV set via the receiver. If you
are recording via an external video recorder/PVR, remember not to operate the
receiver during recording, otherwise all the on-screen displays will appear on
your recording.
