Troubleshooting
This troubleshooting guide is for general aid only. A Kohler Authorized
Service Representative or qualified electrician should correct any
electrical problems. For warranty service, contact your dealer or
wholesale distributor.

flush.

Batteries are not
installed or batteries
are reversed.

Verify batteries are
installed or are
installed properly.

Other objects are
being detected.

urinal or adjust the
induction distance.

Dirty sensor
window.

Clean the sensor
window. Refer to

The lamp on
the battery
indicator
flashes once
when a user or
object is
present, but
little or no
water is
present.

not passed since
batteries have been
replaced. The urinal
is still in adjustment
mode.
