Sending a saved voice memo
1.
Select
Menu
→
Tools&Games
→
Voice Memo
→
Recorded Memos
.
2.
Highlight the memo to send and press
to
select
Send
. This will automatically take you to
the multimedia message function.
3.
Enter the recipient’s phone number or email
address in the
To:
field.
4.
Press
down once to enter a message in the
Subject:
field.
5.
Press
down once to enter a text message in
the
Text:
field.
6.
Press
to select
Send
. This will send your
saved voice memo.
Erasing a saved voice memo
1.
Select
Menu
→
Tools&Games
→
Voice Memo
→
Recorded Memos
.
2.
Highlight the memo to erase and press
to
select
Options
.
3.
Press
down to select and highlight
Erase
.
4.
Press
. The prompt “Erase file?” appears.
5.
Select
Yes
or
No.
6.
Press
to return to the home screen.
Scheduler
The Scheduler allows you to schedule events and
set reminder alerts.
Creating an event
1.
Select
Menu
→
Tools&Games
→
Scheduler.
2.
Press
down to select
Add Event
.
3.
Enter a name for the event. For help entering
text, see page 26.
4.
Select
Next
.
5.
Enter the time, length, and alarm for event.
– Press
up or down to select hour,
minutes, and timing of alarm.
– Press
left or right to move between fields.
6.
Select
Next
, enter a note if required.
7.
Select
Done
.
Viewing, editing, or erasing an event
1.
Select
Menu
→
Tools&Games
→
Scheduler
.
2.
Select
View Day
or
View Month
to find the event
you want to view, edit, or erase.
3.
Press
up, down, left, or right to highlight an
event and press
to select it.
4.
Press
right and press
to select
Edit
or
Options
. Follow the prompts.
5.
Press
to return to the home screen or
to return to scheduler options.
Alarm Clock
Use the Alarm Clock to set an alert for a specific
time. The alert occurs only if the phone is on.
