When you enter this mode, the recording mode se-
lect screen will appear, and the Phrase Trainer mode
icon will blink. In this screen, the PANDORA PX3B
will be ready to record.
Here you can select the recording mode (AUX S:
AUX high sound quality, AUX L: AUX long record-
ing, BAS S: bass INPUT high sound quality, BAS
L
: bass INPUT long recording).
For AUX S or BAS S, you can record up to 8 sec-
onds. For AUX L or BAS L, you can record up to 16
seconds. Select the setting appropriate for the
phrase you wish to record.

Value dial: Select the recording mode
[ ] button: Begin recording

Start playback on your CD or other audio source,
and at the point where you wish to begin recording,
press the [ ] button. Recording will begin.

Once you record a phrase, it is not possible to
change the recording mode. If you wish to
change the recording mode, you must first exit
to another mode, and once then re-enter Phrase
Trainer mode.

2. Recording

When you press the [ ] button to begin recording,
the recording time will be shown as a numerical
value and in the value display.

When you wish to stop recording, press the [ ]
button
or the [

] button.

When recording ends, loop playback will begin au-
tomatically.
Unless you manually stop recording, recording will
continue as long as permitted for the selected re-
cording mode. (8 or 16 seconds).
The phrase will be recorded and played back in
mono.
