Accepts the external reference signal. Apply 10 MHz reference signal when operating
this instrument in synchronized with the equipment connected.

○ 24 Serial BER CLOCK signal input connector (BER SERIAL INPUT CLOCK)
Used for BER measurement in serial connection.
