This section describes the detail program codes listed in Section 8.11.
Definition:
n, p, q, r, s 0 and natural number
i Integer including decimal point
ne Real number including exponential number
_ Space (20h in ASCII code)
• Terminator is omitted for a syntax. Add the terminator at the end of the code (refer to
Section 8.9).
• Header is not added for reply; the reply code consists of data only.
