- In the Preserve your backup files options, select your preservation policy.
ƒ Overwrite: Overwriting the existing backup (compressed) file.
ƒ Preserve the latest files: Select how many backup (compressed ) files that you
want to preserve
ƒ Preserve all files: Preserve all the backup (compressed) files.
5.2.2 Schedule Setting
1. Click Scheduling Setting tab and fill in the following setting.
2. Enable Make a schedule to perform this job and then select Once or On Interval.
- Once: Selects the specified date and time to perform backup job
- On Interval: Select daily, weekly or monthly, the corresponding days and the time to
perform backup job.

5.2.3 File Location Setting
1. Click File Location tab in Backup Setting window.
2. In Where to Backup field displays the destination path.
3. The Select a location for your backup file group is made up of the following
components.
- Backup to internal hard disk drive of the enclosure: select the internal hard disk
drive as your destination drive for the backup job.
- Backup to your Secured Private Disk: select the secured private disk as your
