Ending a Workout

CAUTION: On the C842i upright cycle, hold on to a stationary
handrail when you dismount.

1. Slow your pedaling speed (RPM) when you complete the cool-

down period.

2. To view your workout summary, continue pedaling above

20 RPM.

The WORKOUT SUMMARY appears and shows your
cumulative workout statistics including warm-up and cool-down
periods. Other information including RPM, calories per minute,
and watts reset to zero. You can review your workout statistics as
long as you continue pedaling.

Note: A heart rate analysis appears if you wear the chest strap
during your workout. For more information, refer to Heart Rate
Analysis
.

3. End your workout by pressing the RESET key and return to the

Precor banner.

Note: If the optional power adapter is attached, you do not have to
continue pedaling to view your workout statistics. When you
complete the cool-down period, the WORKOUT SUMMARY
appears. Press RESET to return to the Precor banner.
