A CD display

This function allows you to display the remaining play time of
the current track.

During play or pause mode

Press [DISPLAY].

Every time you press the button:
Elapsed play time

↔ Remaining play time

B Program play

This function allows you to program up to 24 tracks.

Press [CD

3/8] and then [STOP 7].

(In the stop mode)

Press [PROGRAM, –CLEAR].

Press numeric buttons to select the desired track.

Repeat step 3 to program other tracks.

Press [CD

3/8].

Play will start in the programmed sequence.
Play will stop automatically when all the programmed tracks
have been played.

When “PGM FULL” appears
The number of programmed tracks is limited to 24. No further
tracks can be programmed.

Check program contents
Check to see if “

PGM

” is displayed, then press either [4

Every time you press one of the buttons, the track and pro-
gram number are shown on the display.

Add to the program
In the stop mode, repeat step 3.

Note

• During program play, you can search forward or backward only within

the current track.

• During program play, skipping is always in the programmed order,

whether forward or backward.

Memory retention
Your program is retained in memory for about 2 weeks while
the system is unplugged.

To

cancel program
play mode

clear the last track

clear all
programmed tracks

select a two-digit
track

Action

Press [PROGRAM] in the stop mode.
Programmed contents will be saved in
memory.

Press [DEL] in the stop mode.

Press and hold [PROGRAM/–
CLEAR] in the stop mode until “PGM
CLEAR” is displayed.

Press [

h10] and then the two numbers

you want.
