Recording CDs
Preparation:
• Tracks are recorded in the order in which they are found on the CD.
• Tracks are cut in the middle when the end of the tape is reached.
• You can record from any point on the tape.
A To record specific CDs/tracks

Press [CD 3/8] and then [STOP 7].

Press [PLAY MODE] to select your desired mode.
1-TRACK
Original display
1-ALBUM (MP3) RANDOM
For 1-TRACK mode
Press [4 4 4 4 4/REW/4] or [3 3 3 3 3/FF/¢] to select the track.
For 1-ALBUM mode (MP3)
Press [ALBUM ( or )] to select the album.

Press [
¶/8 REC] to start recording.
To record programmed tracks
This function allows you to record up to 24 programmed tracks.

Programme the track(s) you want.

Press [ ¶/8 REC] to start recording.
B Erasure prevention
The illustration shows how to remove the tabs to prevent re-
cording. To record on the tape again, cover as shown.
To erase a recorded sound
1 Insert the cassette to be recorded on (\ page 17).
2 Press [TAPE] and then [STOP 7].
3 Press [¶/8 REC].

recorded tapes or discs or other published or broadcast
material may infringe copyright laws.
