3.2.5 Printing the System Working Report
The system working report contains the following:
• The number of incoming calls and answered calls
• The percentage of answered calls versus all incoming calls
• The number of accesses requested and successful calls
• The percentage of successful calls versus tries
• The average call duration
This report can also be printed out by the manager.
• This is not available for a SLT which is in the XDP connection.
Off-hook. On-hook. Dial 794. Dial 1 to print
or 0 to clear.
