BEFORE YOU BEGIN
Thank you for selecting the innovative PROFORM ¨
965R. The PROFORM 965R offers a unique form of
low-impact exercise that offers greater cardiovascular
benefits and increased muscle toning. The 965R
features adjustable resistance to let you tailor your
exercise to the level thatÕs perfect for you. And when
youÕre not exercising, the 965R can be folded for
compact storage.
For your benefit, read this manual carefully before
you use the PROFORM 965R. If you have additional
