• Assemble one 3-1/2” PULLEY (42) around the PEC DEC CABLE (98) and to the PULLEY BRACKET (29) using one 3/8 X 2”
BOLT (84), two 3/8” WASHERS (91) and one 3/8” LOCKNUT (92) as shown in FIGURE 37.

• Slide the ends of the PEC DEC CABLE (98) into the bushings on the PEC CAMS (24) as shown on FIGURE 38.
• Lay the PEC DEC CABLE (98) over the pulleys and under the cable retaining clips in the CENTER PULLEY BRACKET (26) as
shown in FIGURE 38. (NOTE: Securely tighten the pulley connections in the CENTER PULLEY BRACKET (26). The
cable retaining clips should be at approximately a 45° angle.)
