Workout Options

CAUTION: Before beginning any fitness program, see your
physician for a complete physical examination. Know your
physician-recommended heart rate target zone.

To begin your workout:

1.

Face the display.

2.

Hold on to a handlebar and step on the foot pedals.

3.

When you are comfortably situated, begin pedaling.

4.

Select one of the following options:

Option... Steps...

To start exercising immediately

Press the QUICKSTART key.

To select a program

Press a PROGRAMS key.

Note: The QUICKSTART key is disabled when you press a
PROGRAMS key. You need to confirm each exercise session
selection (program, time, weight, and age) using the OK key.
