Editing a Stored Item

To enter characters, see page 42.
•
To search for an item in the Phonebook, see page 24.
•
The valid digits are “0” through “9”, “ ”, “#”, “P (
)”.
•
To change a character or digit, move the Joystick
to highlight it, press to delete
it, then enter the new character or digit.
•
To clear an entire line, press for more than 1 second.
•
To move the cursor to the left or right, move the Joystick
or
, respectively.

Enter name.
OR
Press the Left
Soft Key.
Press the Joy-
stick.
Move the
Joystick UP
or DOWN.
Select the desired
item. (if required)
Press the Joystick.
Select “Edit”.
Press the Joy-
stick.
Edit name.
(max. 16 characters)
OR
Press the Joy-
stick.
Move the
Joystick UP
or DOWN.
Edit phone number.
(max. 32 digits)
Press the Joy-
stick.
Select the desired category number (1-9)
or Off.
Press the Joystick. Press the Joystick for “Save”.
