*1 This step can be omitted.
*2 Select “Delete All” if you want to delete all items.
• To search for an item in the Phonebook, see page 24.
Hot Key Dial
*1 Select “Delete All” if you want to delete all items.
• If you delete a Phonebook item that you also assigned to a Hot Key, the Hot Key Dial is
also deleted. (See page 41.)

Handset Phonebook
Enter name.

Press the Left
Soft Key.
Press the Joy-
stick.
Move the Joy-
stick UP or
DOWN.
Select the desired
item. (if required)
Press the Joystick. Select “Delete”. *2 Press the Joy-
stick.
Select “Yes”. Press the Joystick.
Hot Key Dial
Press the dialing key
for more than 1 sec-
ond.
Select the desired item. Press the Joystick.
Select “Delete”.
