Troubleshooting

If a fault occurs in your Pocket LOOX, try to eliminate it using the steps described in this
chapter. If you cannot correct the problem, proceed as follows:

► Make a note of the steps and the circumstances that led to the fault. Also

make a note of any error messages displayed.

► Switch the Pocket LOOX off.
► Contact your sales outlet or our hotline/help desk.

The Pocket LOOX’s time or date are not correct

Cause

Time and date are
incorrect.

► Tap the utilities symbol.

► Tap the clock symbol:

► Change the time and/or date.

The Pocket LOOX switches off

Cause

Troubleshooting

The battery is dead.

► Connect the power adapter to the Pocket LOOX to charge the

battery.
The battery will be charged. The power-on indicator lights up red.
