Macintosh - Installing the PostScript Printer Driver
It is necessary to install a printer driver and a PPD file to print from a Macintosh.
Follow these steps to install a printer driver and a PPD file into a Macintosh us-
ing a system 7.6.1
∼ 9.0 operating system.

Insert the CD-ROM into the CD-ROM drive.

Double-click the CD-ROM icon.

Double-click the [PS DRIVER] folder.
D
Double-click the folder of the language you use.

Open [DISK1] and double-click the installer icon.

Follow the instructions on the screen.

Double-click [Extensions].
H
Double-click [Printer Descriptions].

Double-click the CD-ROM icon on the desktop.
J
Double-click the [PRINTER DESCRIPTIONS] folder.
K
Double-click the folder of the language you use.
L
Double-click [DISK1].
M
Select all files in [DISK1] and drag them into [Printer Descriptions] in [Exten-
sions]
in [System Folder].
N
Restart the Macintosh.
