TROUBLESHOOTING
PROBLEM SYMPTOM REMEDY
Clock time is not
correctly set No atomic clock reception Place the main unit far away from PCs,
phones, and other electronic equipment
and near a windowsill. Wait for at least
24 hours
No alarm Alarm does not sound Turn on the alarm setting
Operation not normal Certain functions do not
perform Reset the main unit and the
remote nightlight
Calendar Strange day Check it is set to your own
language
Clock Cannot change clock Disable the atomic clock signal and set
the clock manually
Clock / calendar Cannot auto-synchronize the
clock 1. Adjust batteries
2. Press Reset on the main unit
Temperature Shows “LLL” or “HHH” Temperature is out of range
Remote nightlight Does not activate the clock
backlight 1. Adjust batteries / AC adaptor
2. Check Control Clock switch, is set
to On
3. Check the Code switch on the
nightlight matches the main unit Code
