Some BD/DVD may contain scenes which have been shot simultaneously
from various angles. You can change the camera angle if “ ” appears on
the screen.

PIP (Bounusview) Setting

PIP (Bounusview) Setting

BD

Some BD-video have the PIP function which enables you to display the
secondary video in the primary video. You can call up the secondary video
by pressing [PIP] whenever the scene contains the secondary video.

During playback, press [PIP].

• secondary video

• PIP information will appear.

Use [Cursor K / L] to select the secondary video you
want.
• The secondary video will be displayed and the

secondary audio will be output.

Press [BACK] or [PIP] to remove the PIP information.

• Secondary video can also be called up by pressing [MODE].
• The secondary audio will not be output when the
secondary

audio is set to “Off” or when “BD Audio Mode” is set to “HD
Audio Output”. Refer to “Audio Soundtrack” on page 45 and
“BD Audio Mode” on page 44.

You can enjoy virtual surround on your 2 channel stereo system.

• Virtual surround does not function during rapid playback.
• For the virtual surround, audio signal will always be

• Turn down the level or select “Off” if the sound is distorted.

Reduces the noise of the playback picture.

Shows the original picture as recorded.

Executes 3D noise reduction which detects and
deletes the noise by comparing each picture
frames.

Executes MPEG noise reduction which reduces
the block noise and mosquito noise on the
subtitle on movie.

Executes both MPEG noise reduction and 3D
noise reduction.

Press [BACK] to exit.

Note:

• The setting will remain the same even if the unit is turned to

the standby mode.

• You cannot adjust the setting during rapid playback.
