SWITCHING RADIOTEXT ON / OFF
    Pressing this button briefly swit-
ches the radiotext display on and
off for the station currently selec-
ted.
When first switched on the machi-
ne’s screen displays
'RADIOTEXT'
until a new message is displayed.
If no radiotext is received for the
selected station, the screen shows
the message
'NO RTEXT'
for about one second, and then re-
sumes the normal display.
When the radiotext function is
switched off, the screen shows the
message
'NO RTEXT'.
If you switch to a new station the
radiotext display is automatically
halted; if you wish to see it again
you must switch it on by pressing
the
    button once more.
DISPLAYING PRESET NUMBERS AND
RECEPTION FREQUENCY
    Pressing this button briefly repla-
ces the RDS station name on the
screen with the current preset
number, together with the associa-
ted station frequency. This infor-
mation stays on the screen for a-
bout two seconds.
