Using the Help Pages
The printer provides internal reports that you can print to help you
determine the printer’s configuration, diagnose print-quality
problems, and monitor use of the printer. To aid in
troubleshooting, print the following pages:
■ Consumables Page
■ Usage Profile
■ Configuration Page
■ Service Print 1 (see “Troubleshooting Print Quality
Problems” on page 40)

To print the Help Pages
1 At the printer’s front panel, press Select .
2 Press Menu ; you’ll see the following message:
3 Press Menu ; the following message appears:
4 Press Print to print the Consumables Page. Press to
scroll to the other Help Pages.
