MEMORY DIALING

Basics

EDITING AND DELETING STORED NUMBERS

You can delete a number or simply store another one in its place.
When you store a new phone number, the data stored in that memory
location is deleted automatically.

Pick up the handset and press and hold

.

The confirmation tone sounds.

Enter a two-digit number (01-20) or press

,

to select the memory location you

want to edit/delete.

to select the desired function and press

. To edit the stored data, select “Edit

Memory.” To delete the data, select “Delete
Memory.” To return to the previous screen,
select “Go Back.”

EDITING THE NAME AND TELEPHONE NUMBER

Use the number buttons and

or

buttons to edit the

name. (See “Storing Numbers” on page 24 for instructions
on how to enter names).

(1) Press

to erase a character at the

cursor position.
The next character on the right moves to
the cursor position.

(2) Press .

(3) Press

to erase numbers, and enter

the correct number.

(4) Press .

A confirmation

tone

sounds and the number is stored. Press

or return the handset to the base unit.
