ä When you press any key (except PTT), a short tone sounds.

To turn the unit , rotate the
clockwise until a “click” is heard. A
channel number and battery level should appear
on the display.
To turn the unit , rotate the
knob counter-clockwise until a “click”
is heard. The display will disappear.
1. Press to hear background noise. The
“BUSY” icon will appear on the display.
2. Turn the control
clockwise to increase the volume, counter-
clockwise to decrease the volume.
