Viewing the Caller ID Message List
The Caller ID list stores information for up to 50 incoming calls - even
unanswered calls.

TURES
1 Press .
The summar y screen appears.
The screen shows the number of new
messages and total messages.
2 Press to display the latest Caller
ID message.
3 Press to see the next message, or
press to see previous message.
4 Press to return to standby.
• In Caller ID operation,
if no key is pressed for
more than 20 seconds,
an error tone sounds
and the telephone
returns to the
standby mode.
• If a call comes in via a
telephone system that
does not offer Caller ID
service, no information
is stored.
• “ End“ appears when
you have reviewed all
messages in the Caller
ID list. Press
repeatedly to return to
the summary screen.
• Each message can be
up to 15 characters for
the phone number and
the name.
