represent this product to be waterproof. To

reduce the risk of fire, electrical shock, or

damage to the product, dO NOT expose this

product to rain or moisture.

When using the headset, always follow basic

safety precautions to reduce the risk of fire,

electric shock and injury to persons, including

the following:

Do not use this product near water, for

example, near a bath tub, wash bowl, kitchen

sink or laundry tub, in a wet basement or near

a swimming pool.
Use only the power cord and batteries

indicated in this manual. Do not expose the

battery (or the device) to flames or dispose of

it in a fire: the battery may explode. Check with

local authorities for possible battery disposal

instructions.

Do not disassemble, modify, or attempt to

repair any component of this product.
Check the laws and regulations on the use of

mobile phones and hands-free equipment

in the areas where you drive. Always give

full attention to driving and pull off the road

and park before making or answering a call if

driving conditions require.
Do not allow children to play with your headset

since it contains small parts that could become

detached and create a choking hazard.
Turn off your headset when pumping gas,

with a risk of explosion. In rare occurrences,

this product could generate sparks which can

cause an explosion or fire. Follow all warning

notices in your immediate area!
