Troubleshooting
My caller ID features
are not workng
properly .
• Caller ID s a subscrpton servce . You must subscrbe to ths servce from your local telephone
company for ths feature to work on your telephone .
• The caller may not be callng from an area whch supports caller ID .
• Both you and the caller’s telephone companes must use equpment whch are compatble wth
caller ID servce .
• If you subscribe to DSL service, install a DSL filter to the telephone line between the telephone
base and the telephone line jack. Contact your DSL service provider for filter information.
