CONNECTIONS

Auxiliary Channel B Speaker Outputs

The front panel 6.5mm mono speaker sockets allow for temporary connection to
external speakers. These speakers are driven by channel B and must be switched
on using administration item 764- Front Speakers. Remember that these sockets
are in parallel with the rear channel B sockets so minimum speaker impedance
must be taken into account.

Front USB Sockets

These sockets are for connecting a USB flash drive for updates and log transfers.
A USB keyboard may also be connected here for fault finding.

LAN

For connection to a local area network using Cat5 or Cat6 cable.

TEL

For connection to a telephone socket.

AV Outputs

For connection to external TVs. The video signals are 75 ohm PAL CVBS and the
audio output level is dependent on Scorpions volume setting.

AV Input

An external audio visual source such as a DVD player or satellite receiver can be
connected here. Depending on the setting of 441 - Line Input Switching, its
signal will be sent to the TVs and or speakers when no jukebox songs are playing.
