Q: Why do I receive a “can’t find network resource” message when trying to map a shared
folder?
A: An incorrect IP address, NetCenter power cable disconnected or improperly connected,
NetCenter is not on the network, or the device is not powered on, etc., can cause this.
Follow the steps below to manually map a drive to a NetCenter shared folder.
1. Double-click the My Network Places icon on the Windows desktop.
2. Under Other Places, click Entire Network.
3. Double-click the Microsoft Windows Network icon.
4. Double-click on the Workgroup icon
5. Double click on the NetCenter icon.
6. Enter your password.
7. Right-click on Shared Folders (or the shared folder you wish to connect to) and Click
Map Network Drive...
