Upgrade Firmware
Go to
ownloads. You will need to download the current
NetCenter firmware file to your desktop or local folder to upgrade the firmware.
1. Click Upgrade Firmware.
2. Type in the path to the file containing the firmware upgrade or click Browse to navigate
to the file. Click Upgrade when finished.
3. Click OK.
4. After two to three minutes, the NetCenter will shut down automatically and the Upgrade
Firmware progress screen displays.
5. When restart progress reaches 100%, the General Setup top-level screen displays listing
the new firmware revision (see “General Setup” on page 26).
CAUTION: Upgrading the firmware can take five minutes or more and must not be
interrupted in any way. During this time, DO NOT perform any browser operations or
power off the NetCenter. Interruption to the firmware upgrade process will result in
complete and irrecoverable data loss and a damaged NetCenter.
