Xerox CentreWare Web Printer Management for Enterprise
CentreWare Web is the premier printer management tool providing enterprise management solutions for Xerox and
other SNMP printers connected to a network. Accessed through any standard Web browser, CentreWare Web can
install, troubleshoot, configure, and produce clear, informative asset reports.
Highlights of CentreWare Web
• CentreWare Web can install, configure, troubleshoot, and generate reports for Xerox products as well as competitive
SNMP printers. Administrators can now use just one tool for all their SNMP printer management needs.
• Easy to use with any Web browser
• Intuitive “Wizards” guide system administrators through tasks such as installing multiple printers and upgrading
printer firmware. Consequently, the time and effort required to re-learn these tasks over and over again is eliminated.
• System administrators can take action on up to 25 printers simultaneously. Tasks that used to take hours now take just
minutes with CentreWare Web.
• Upon entering CentreWare Web, system administrators instantly see all printers that are in “error” on the first screen,
saving them time and effort by not having to generate and search for this information every time they need it.
• CentreWare Web can produce asset, error history, status and accounting reports for printers on the network and have
them automatically e-mailed to key recipients.
• CentreWare Web is easily installed on MS Windows 2000 or NT 4 servers.

electronic forms on DocuPrint N Series printers
• SAP R/3 Capability - Xerox automated the creation of printer device types that provide access to all the product
features of our DocuPrint N Series printers. This provides support for barcode printing.
