Phonebook Setup:
One Touch Keys
New ¾ Enter a One Touch number (1-60) using the
Numeric Keypad and press [Enter].
¾ If a number is already stored in the location a
message displays. Enter a different One Touch
number.
¾ Enter the fax number you want to store using the
Numeric Keypad and press [Enter].
¾ To insert a pause, press the [Pause/Redial] key
and a ’-’ displays.
¾ To add a charge code to the end of the number
press the [Charge Code] key and enter it using the
Numeric Keypad then press [Enter].
¾ To assign a name, enter it using the Numeric
Keypad then press [Enter]. If you do not require a
name leave it empty and press [Enter].
¾ To store more One Touch numbers repeat the
procedure.
¾ Press [Menu/Exit] when you have finished.
Edit ¾ Enter the One Touch number you want to edit and
press [Enter].
¾ Edit the number and press [Enter].
¾ Edit the ID and press [Enter].
¾ Repeat until all editing has been completed.
¾ Press [Menu/Exit] when you have finished.
Delete ¾ Enter the One Touch number you want to delete
and press [Enter].
¾ If the displayed One Touch number with "delete?"
next to it is correct press [Enter] again.
¾ Repeat until all deleting is completed.
¾ Press [Menu/Exit] when you have finished.
