2. Safety

2.1 Intended

use

The appliance is a pressure appliance for the heating of domestic
hot water.

Any other use beyond that described shall be deemed inappropriate.
Observation of these instructions is also part of the correct use of
this appliance. Any modifications or conversions to the appliance
void all warranty rights.

2.2 Safety

Risk of scalding!
There is a risk of scalding at outlet temperatures in
excess of 43 °C.

Risk of injury!
Where children or persons with limited physical,
sensory or mental capabilities are to be allowed to
control this appliance, ensure that this will only happen
under supervision or after appropriate instructions by
a person responsible for their safety.
Children must be supervised to ensure that they do not
play with the appliance.

The appliance is under mains water pressure.
During the heating process, expansion water will
drip from the safety valve. If water continues to drip
when heating is completed, please inform your heating
contractor.

2.3 CE-designation

The CE designation shows that the appliance meets all essential
requirements according to the:

— Electromagnetic Compatibility Directive (Council Directive

89/336/EEC)

— Low Voltage Directive (Council Directive 73/23/EEC)

3. Appliance

description

The appliance electrically heats domestic hot water, the
temperature of which can be set with the temperature selector.
Subject to the power supply, automatic heating occurs up to the
required temperature. You can supply one or more draw-off points
with the appliance.

The tubular heating system is suitable for hard and soft water
areas. The internal steel cylinder is coated in "anticor

enamel

and is equipped with a protective anode. The anode protects the
internal cylinder from corrosion.

The appliance is also protected against frost on the temperature
setting "cold". The appliance switches on in good time and heats
the water. The mains water supply line and the safety assembly
are protected against frost by the appliance.

The DHW display gives you a rough estimate of the available
amount of DHW. You can reach a maximum DHW volume by setting
the temperature to maximum. At pointer position 2 a volume of
residual water is still available to you.
