A SAFETY CAUTIONS
1 The appliance must not be used, played with, cleaned or maintained by persons under
eight years old and should at all times be kept out of their reach.
Use, cleaning or maintenance of the appliance by children over eight or by anyone with
a lack of knowledge, experience or with reduced physical, sensory or mental
capabilities should only be undertaken after receiving appropriate instruction and
under the adequate supervision of a responsible adult to ensure that they do so safely
and that the hazards involved are understood and avoided.
2 Do not put the appliance in liquid; do not use it near water in a bath-tub,
basin or other vessel; and don’t use it outdoors.
3 Do not use appliance if it is damaged or malfuntions.
4 This product is battery operated only.
5 Remove batteries if the appliance is not in use for long periods.
6 The batteries must be removed from the appliance before it is scrapped.
7 The batteries must be disposed of safely.
F INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
1 Your Ionic brush requires 2 ‘AAA’ 1.5V alkaline batteries (2 are included).
2 We recommend that you use VARTA® batteries.
3 To insert the batteries slide down the battery compartment cover, insert the batteries
so that the (+) and (-) marks on the battery face the same marks in the battery
compartment and close the battery compartment.

4 Before use, ensure the hair is clean and dry.
5 Slide the ion switch to the on position
6 Brush hair as normal using long strokes through the hair.
