Configuration

You can change the settings for your workstation telephone.

Tap on the Configuration action button in the

Main Menu

Select one of the configuration options available:

Call Forward

You can configure various call forwardings for your workstation
telephone.

1.

Tap on the Call forward action button under

Configuration

.

2.

Tap one of the call forwarding options available to switch
the desired call forwarding on or off:

immediately: A caller is immediately forwarded to
another call number.

after Time: A caller is forwarded to another call number
after a time interval. This option is also used for call for-
warding to the voicebox (OpenVoice / Aastra Voice).

busy: A caller is only forwarded when your telephone is in the call state.

Tap the entry field below the desired call forwarding option to change the desti-
nation call number for call forwarding (see

Editing Call Forward

).
