The screen accessible via the SHIFT+F4 keys allows a more accurate
monitoring of the SDTI network status.

All the machines are displayed in the logical connection order,i.e. the way
they are effectively connected on the network.
For each machine, the following information is displayed:
• net number + name
• serial number
• main network configuration setting (server, master client) as defined in
the EVS application.

The background colour of the data related to a given machine means:
• blue: effective server
• grey: not currently server
