Playlist Panel. This feature allows switching the control between IPDirector and
the other device, when the port and protocol settings have been assigned to work
in Exclusive mode.

Controller option is only available if the channel has been configured with
the IPDP protocol as the main controller in exclusive mode.
When the configuration has been set to parallel mode the control of the channel is
from either IPDirector or the 3

Party device simultaneously and the second
control feature is inactive.

To configure which protocol and port each channel can be controlled by,
see the chapter ‘Connection to EVS Video Server’ in the Technical
Reference manual.

This field displays the name of the playlist associated to the Playlist Panel.

The playlist transport can be controlled by multiple methods:
1. Using a mouse on the Playlist Panel
2. Using Keyboard Shortcuts
3. Using a ShuttlePRO controller
4. Triggered by a GPI to the EVS server
E/E Button
OR
If a playlist element is loaded on a player channel or the Software Player,
pressing the E/E button will unload it and the player channel, or the Software
Player, will show the last record train loaded at its current recording position.
Note
By right-clicking on the E/E button a contextual menu will show the
available record channels on the network of servers.
