9301 Rear I/O Modules
The 9301 physically interfaces to AES connections at the rear of its frame
using a Rear I/O Module.
All inputs and outputs shown in the 9301 Functional Block Diagram (Figure
1-1) enter and exit the card via the card edge backplane connector. The Rear
I/O Module breaks out the 9301 card edge connections to BNC connectors
that interface with other components and systems in the signal chain.
These required BNC connections are provided by using an optional 9301
Rear I/O Module. The 9301 Rear I/O Modules are shown and described in
9301 Rear I/O Modules (p. 2-5) in Chapter 2, “Installation and Setup”.
