Invalid Command : ?AA[CHK](cr)
Syntax error or communication error may get no
response.

? delimiter for invalid command
AA address of response module(00 to FF)
VV timeout value in HEX format, each count is 0.1 second,
01=0.1 second and FF=25.5 seconds
