Boost Bolt Adapter Installation Instructions for
1998.5-2007.5 Dodge Ram 5.9L 24 Valve Cummins Diesel
1. Remove the Air Intake Horn’s Bolt from the middle of the intake manifold.
2. Thread the boost bolt into the intake manifold and torque to 120 inch pounds.
3. Install your gauge’s supplied electronic boost sensor or compression fitting into the boost bolt and
connect the boost line.

Note: Be sure to use Teflon tape on the sensor threads to ensure a tight seal.

2010-2012 Dodge Ram 6.7L 24 Valve Cummins Diesel
1. Remove the passenger’s side air intake horn bolt from the intake manifold.
2. Thread the boost bolt into the intake manifold and torque to 120 inch pounds
3. Install your gauge’s supplied electronic boost sensor or compression fitting into the boost bolt and
connect the boost line.

Note: Be sure to use Teflon tape on the sensor threads to ensure a tight seal.
