• Utiliser un plat en aluminium léger et l’enfourner sur

la grille du four.

En cas d’utilisation du plateau émaillé, le temps de

cuisson sera plus long et la pizza beaucoup moins
croustillante.

• Si les pizzas sont bien garnies, n’ajouter la

mozzarelle qu’à mi-cuisson.
