Negative caster positive caster
Installation Instructions
Remove the stock rod
1.
Leave the weight of the vehicle on the front wheels. Do not
jack up car.
2.
Block front wheels and set hand brake so vehicle cannot
move. Be sure the turntables of your alignment rack are
pinned. Failure to do this will allow the wheel to move when
the O.E. strut rod is removed.
3.
Remove the stock bushing nut first, then remove the two bolts
and nuts holding the rod to the lower control arm.
Install the New strut rod
1.
Reusing the stock rubber bushings, bushing washer, nuts and
bolts.
2.
Tighten the two stock bolts and nuts holding the control rod to
the lower control arm first, then tighten the stock
bushing nut onto the threaded end.
3.
Adjust the bushing nuts back and forth to adjust the caster
positive or negative. Torque all nuts and bolts to factory
specifications.
