Airbagit Air Dryer - Manual

AIR DRYER INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
1. Install and plumb the air dryer into you air
system as shown above.
2. With the system is fully installed, turn on the
vehicle so that the compressor starts running.
3. Allow the compressor to fill the tank and shut
off on its own. Tighten the pressure regulator
on the air dryer to prevent the dryer from
purging while the compressor is running.
4. After the compressor turns off, test for 12v on both terminals of the pressure
switch. The terminal that has 0v is the output terminal.
5. Drain the tank down until the compressor starts again.
6. Monitor the output terminal on the pressure switch with a test light or multi-meter
until the output terminal goes to 0v. (The compressor will keep running for
approximately 30 seconds)
7. These 30 seconds of continued run time is the Air Dryer purge window.
8. Adjust the pressure regulator on the Air Dryer so that it purges air during the end
of the purge window.
