10.
Remove the hood bumper on the
passenger side. Note: measure the bumper
height before removal.
12.
Place the Straight Coupler (I) along with
#80 hose clamps over the Intake tube (L) ,
slide on until just even with tube end.
11.
Install the Air box (A) , guiding the prongs
into grommets at the bottom. Push down on
the air box and install the 3/8” bolt
(P) and
Flat Washer (Q) expanding the well nut (R) to
secure the Air box (A) . Leave loose for now.

Install the Intake tube assembly onto the
turbo inlet, then secure the #72 hose clamps (V) .
Then center the straight coupler (I) over the gap
between the tube end and box adapter, secure
the # 80 hose clamps

15.
Reconnect MAF sensor electrical
connection.
16.
Tighten the 3/8” bolt (P) securing the Air
Box. Then reinstall the hood bumper and
adjust to the proper height. Use measurement
from step #10.

Install the Clear lid (O) , secure with the
10/24 screws (N) and concave rubber footed
washers (M) . Do not over tighten.
13.
Install the Step Coupler (K) to the
opposite end of the Intake tube (L) as shown,
secure loosely with # 72 hose clamp (J) .
18.
Reconnect both batteries. Inspect your
installation, make sure the kit is properly
positioned and all fasteners are secure. Affix
the CARB sticker near the intake kit. The
installation is now complete.
