2. PREPARE SILICONE INDEX

3. GC GRADIA DIE HARDNER

Prepare GC Fujirock EP dies in normal
manner. Pencil margins in red.

Wax-up. Form silicone index
lingually.
Cut-off 1 mm from incisal. (Refer to
page 12 – Prepare Silicone Index).

Coat dies with thin layer of
GC GRADIA DIE HARDNER.

Note: If needed, add wax as
spacer.

4. GC GRADIA SEPARATOR

5: JACKET CROWN ON NATURAL DIE

6. JACKET CROWN ON ALLOY CORE

Apply thin coat of GC GRADIA
SEPARATOR.

Special pre-curing treatment for
Jacket crown on a natural die, without
discolouration.
Apply thin coat of INTENSIVE COLOR
(IC0 Clear).

Special pre-curing treatment for
Jacket crown on alloy core.
Apply OPAQUE (O) to entire die
surface. Than MARGIN OPAQUE
(MO) to cervical and lingual surface.

7. SHOULDER DENTIN (SD)

Apply SHOULDER DENTIN (SD2, 3,
4 or 5) cervically. If SD is not available,
use DENTIN (increase chroma by
selecting next most saturated shade,
i.e.DA3,5 for an A3.

Note: Use SD7 or SD8 to mask
underlying alloy then apply SD2,
3, 4 or 5.

Proceed to # 7, SHOULDER
