The Activator Ram Pump should begin to stroke, check for leaks on all stainless steel hose
connections. Activator will flow through the Main Activator Pump and Activator Manifold to the gun /
dispense head.

Secure leaks, if any

Allow Activator Ram Pump to continue pumping until there is a steady air free flow of activator.

Close dispensing head / gun
18.
Position outlet of head / gun over a flush container

Press air purge button, a sudden purge of material from dispensing head is likely and could splash,
so be cautious (see fig. 32 or 33)

Allow air to flow for 3-4 seconds (see fig. 25 or 25a)

Press flush button to solvent purge for 3-4 seconds and again watch for splashing
22.
Repeat flush process for both Adhesive and Activator several times.
