Gun Connections:
Pre Startup Instructions:
1.
Check all hoses for wear or damage from shipping, replace if necessary.
2. Check to be sure you have appropriate quantities of both materials to complete the job.
3. Check and repair or replace any damaged items before starting a job.
4. Be sure all fluid connections are tight.
5. Adjust the pump packing nut /solvent cup – the pump packing nuts should only be a little more
then hand tight (1/4 turn). If they are too tight it will cause the pump to bind and shutter (jerky
motion) at low pressures. Tighten as need when some material appears in the bottom of the
cup/nut.
