1. Camera can’t send MMS images

MMS functions of the SIM/USIM card
do not active, insufficient fee of the
SIM/USIM card, wrong MMS
parameters setting.

Contact network provider to active SIM card
function. Pay for the card. Ask network
provider to offer correct MMS parameters
and set the parameters according to SMS
commands list.

2. Camera can’t connect video call

Camera or operating mobile phone is
not with WCDMA card; insufficient fee
of the SIM card; calling type is not video
call.

Contact network provider to active SIM card
function. Pay for the card. Choose the right
calling type (Video call) when operate your
mobile phone.

3.

Camera didn’t response of any
operation.

Camera works abnormally.

Switch off the power, check SIM card, or reset
factory setting.

4.

Can’t start the camera after long
time supply with the battery.

Battery runs out of power.

Connect the camera to external AC power
and charge for at least one hour, then, restart
camera.

5. Email can’t receive images

Email address is not preset or email
address parameters are not set
correctly.

Set correct email address parameters
according to SMS commands list.

6.

Can’t find the removable disk
when checking the recording

Camera is not turned on or connected
with computer incorrectly; the Driver
Program is not installed correctly.

Turn on the camera; check the connection
with computer; install the Driver Program
software.
